MPD Seeking Persons of Interest in 14th Street Shooting
The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying four persons of interest in reference to a shooting in Northeast.
On Sunday, September 27, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m., the suspect approached the victim in the 2700 block of 14th Street, Northwest. The suspect produced a gun, shot the victim, and then fled the scene. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The persons of interest were captured by surveillance cameras and can be seen in the photos below.
Anyone who can identify these persons of interest or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for a crime committed in the District of Columbia.
