Westminster, MD, Wednesday, September 16, 2026 – Power has been restored at the South Carroll Senior and Community Center (SCSC). The center is open this evening Wednesday, September 16, 2026, for outside user groups and will open at 8:00am, its normal time, tomorrow Thursday, September 17, 2026.
