County Executive Rejects Community Benefits Agreement

FREDERICK, Md. – Frederick County Executive Jessica Fitzwater today rejected the application for a Development Rights and Responsibilities Agreement sought by Catellus for the Frederick Digital Campus in Adamstown. She also signed an Executive Order extending the pause on data center applications until July 1, 2027. View the video below for more information.
